Exchange Account Disapears then reappears?

I just bought my BB Z10 and am loving it.

The only problem I am having is my Exchange account keeps disapearing and reapearing in the hub/contacts/emails/calendar.

Very frustrating when you are trying to look someone up in the contacts and all of a sudden all the contacts are gone. Then they re-appear some time latter, and a couple seconds after it re-downloading part of the contact list they all go away again.

Any ideas?

I might have to go back to my windows phone if this can't be fixed.
