How do I change the suggested email recipients?

When you hit compose in BB10 it open uup a new window where you fill in the email address (or contact name) or the person you are going to email. Just below that area are two default emails. How do I change what those are. Ince is good. The other is some **** I had to email likely on the first day. No matter that I not longer write to this person it keeps suggesting that address.

Please help. Some how we should be able to make it suggest the two most popular people you write to but it doesn't.
