I have a z10 running OS 10.0.10.90
For some strange reasons, some of my contacts have two different birthday dates. One of them is tied to the phone contact(which is wrong), the other facebook. When i try to delete the birthday date in the phone contact, the ENTIRE phone contact disappears. It still remains in the system somewhere because when i call the person using the dial pad (i.e. key in the number directly), the call history shows the person name.
It is extremely annoying. When i reboot the phone, the contact comes back again. Any genuis out there who can reccomend a good fix?
Another issue i have is the well, i like to call it 'too smart' auto correct feature. despite adding some words in my person dictionary, the auto-correct still kicks in. Forexample, i have the word 'hao' in my personal dictionary but it still changes it to 'has'. Also, sometimes for some strange reason, the word to something else despite typing it correctly. this has happened a few times. For example, when i type 'else' it somehow changes to another random word.
I think the Z10 is an excellent phone. BUT, BLACKBERRY, PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH UPDATES FREQUENTLY OR THESE SMALL BLACKBERRY BUGS ARE GOING TO MAKE YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS.
