I think it'd quite silly that every time I open an app it has to first scroll over how ever many pages to the active frames page. Then it opens as minimized from there before it goes into full screen. This is way too much rendering and too time consuming.
Right now
Tap app on page 5
Device scrolls to active frames page 5 pages over
Then app opens up half way
Then app fully maximizes
It can be changed to
Tap app on page 5, app opens from pate five.
App opens full screen.
Apps should only ever have to animate in the active frames portion when you are finished with them. Once you leave an app it can go to active frames.
This is a lot of unnecessary processing and rendering. It would probably satisfy the processor to cut down on unneccesary actions. I think project butter did this on android. It made the user experience quicker by cutting down on unnecessary actions and animations.
