BBID & BBM Issue

Hello,

So here's a very confusing issue.

I have two BB10 (Z10 Q10). They are on a separate BBID. Lets call it z10@gmail.com and q10@gmail.com for explanation sake.

On the Z10, I used Z10@gmail.com, Q10 I use Q10@gmail.com

When I open up BBM on Z10 first time, it asks me to login and restore contact list! Great perfect.

Now when I open BBM on the Q10 for the first time, it says Q10@gmail.com is already being used on another device (???!?!), advises me to "Switch BBM". I click okay and then my Z10 gets logged out.

I go back to my Z10, click the BBM icon, now my Q10 BBM gets logged out. When I go back on the Q10, it asks me to "Switch BBM".

So I was thinking, it may have to do with... OS7 when they first roll out Email restore of BBM contact. I dig out my old BB7 device, with an old BBM which still supports email restore (the latest one integrate with BBID and the restore option is removed), I "unregister" my email by following this instruction.

Remove a registered email address from BBM - User Guide - BlackBerry Messenger - 6.0

No go.

Now one would say why not just go get a new BBID, only matters if you have apps. Yes, I bought quite a lot of apps already for both Q10 and Z10. This option isn't available, unless BlackBerry can transfer all my purchases over.

I try DM @blackberryhelp and they tell me to open a ticket with Rogers. I call Rogers and they say unless a lot of people complain, they won't open a ticket with BlackBerry. So I'm stuck here.... :/ in the unknown land.

Sounds like paid support is there to help, but its paid - -" no fault of my own.

Anyone have the same issue and got a resolution?
