Issues with Contact List/Phone App/SMS not syncing

Hi All,

I have a brand new Q10 which I love! However, I've got one very frustrating issue...

I have two e-mail accounts synced with the phone - both Exchange. My personal Office 365 account, and my corporate Exchange 2010 account.

I don't have any contacts in the O365 account - I only use it for mail. All my contacts are in my business account. Both accounts sync fine to the phone (both are using ActiveSync by the way - no BES 10 on the corporate Exchange box). All the contacts seem to show up fine in the contacts app - but my work contacts don't sync to the phone/SMS apps... and they don't appear to 'index' as I can't search for them - I need to manually enter the contacts app to find these records.

I've put some test contacts on my personal list and they work fine.

I've seen a few people referencing a similar issue, but they all appear to be using BES, and it's therefore a policy issue.

Can anyone help with this?!
