Link imported Contacts & associated them w/ Facebook & Twitter - how to fix?

Q10, 10.1.0.23xx on Verizon. I used Link to import all my contacts, calendars, etc., from my 9930. All my contacts came across, but now any Facebook friends I have are listed in Contacts, Twitter followers are in Contacts, etc. (Why the hell it couldn't Link just copy over my contacts and leave the other social media shyt alone???) Anyway, so the numerous Facebook and Twitter people that I don't have phone numbers for or ever talk to IRL don't all show up in Contacts, I've toggled those "off" in the Contacts menu. My problem now is when I'm in the phone app and start to type a name for someone I want to call (like I was able to do on my 9930), not all of the contacts show up because some of them have a FB/Twitter account and that's associated with them in Contacts. So I'm forced to not start with Phone, but rather go to Contacts, type their name, and then select "call" or "text" or whatever I want to do.

Is there any way to disassociate people with their Facebook or Twitter accounts so they'll show up in Contacts when I search for them in Phone? Absent that, I've still got my old 9930 with all my original contacts. Is there a way, assuming I do a factory reset on my Q10, to re-import them via link and NOT have their FB/Twitter accounts associated with them?

I'm seriously not thrilled with Link - I just want to copy over my contacts and calendars from my 9930, not upload all my bookmarks from my PC, all my FB & Twitter followers, sync all my videos of my dogs playing onto my phone, etc., etc.
