[BB Link] Need help to restore my settings

UPDATE : I've managed to get it work little , when it start to restore it shows 0% than the phone restarts it self before completing the restore process and nothing restored,, happening everytime i try to restore now ..

Hii , I've faced this problem today that when i try to restore my settings BB Link says " The device is not associated with A BlackBerry ID.On your device, sign in to you BlackBerry ID to restore the following :
-settings "

and i'm already signed in it on the phone and the BB Link both the same .
Tried to restore factory setting and the same problem just happens .

Ps. That happened after installing the beta 10.2 and restored to factory settings after..

Any suggestions ?
