how to manually remove the apn sim lock flag / remove apn files from BB 10 os? anyone ?

I figure someone with the programming know how (dev users ?) know how to hack at those files and remove the flag for the sim apn locks... ?
Or to remove the APNs and see if the phone opens up entirely ? (allowing you to enter in the APNs manually?)
