I went to my BestBuy today to return a Jabra BT and was pleasantly surprised by this:

I took out my Q10,chatted with the guy for a few minutes, he gave me a free backpack (descent), added me to BBM and said will send me more free gifts cause of the great feedback I gave him.
Hopefully they keep going!
