BBM Invites and declines HUB problem

I've been getting such messages on my HUB.
I actually found out that they were either requests or denies.
Requests did not show up on my BBM invites section but I've been getting them as messages/notification inside my HUB, I also cannot accept or decline them.
I also asked one of my current BBM friends to try and decline a request I ask for, and it sent me this weird message with bunch of codes that looks like the requests message.
It also states
"If you don't currently have the required application on your device, please visit www.BlackBerry.com/messenger to learn more about this service. Once you've installed BlackBerry Messenger, contact the original inviter and request another invitation."
Meanwhile I have BBM installed and fully functional.
