Wi-fi issues with Q10 (10.1.0.2030 on AT&T)

Hello - apologies if this is duplicative of another thread. I have noticed a problem recently where whenever I reset my BB, it resets with Wi-Fi disabled (I have to proactively turn it on) and all of my networks forgotten. Hopefully this is an easy fix. Any advice?
