How do I revert back to the previous OS and where do I find it?
Since updating to 10.2.0.424 my Z10 camera began freezing a few times and then stopped working completely. Most of my apps stopped working and even after loading them again they still won't load.
Battery life has also halved. It is a great phone but this OS is terrible.
Please help. Can't get any help from @Blackberry or @BlackBerryHelp.
