I have been bugging my husband non-stop to let me know when they get any info on the BB10 phones, ordering, pricing, etc.
Yesterday he told me they have the online training for it but that it's the worst training he's ever seen. It's just like a powerpoint and where they would click expecting videos there are just pictures. He says it's not showing the employees how the UI really works at all and he has better info from me and the videos I've shown him. His manager at least got a good look at it at a conference 2 months ago and liked what he saw, but if this is the level of Best Buy's efforts then I'm very disappointed. The employees won't push it if they aren't excited about it.
