How do I create a group for batch email

Good evening,

I want to create a contact group so that I can email all of my employees easily. This was no problem on my Bold, but I cannot find any mention of creating a group??? I cannot believe that I have to choose each contact separately every time I want to email my company?

Assistance would be much appreciated.
