Update 10.0.10.xxx

I have unlocked z10 (original from telus). Now i use in indonesia with TELKOMSEL as carrier.
The current OS in my z10 now is 10.0.9.348. When i want to update this ota at : SETTING >SOFTWARE UPDATE.. It always said that : "you have the latest software"
Anyone can help how to get the new os 10.0.10.xxx on my phone??
