Is there a way to place an alias for a file on the "desktop" of BB10

Hello Fellow Crackberry Addicts,

I've been on my Z10 for a couple weeks now and overall am VERY happy.

One app I used nearly daily that has not yet been ported to BB10 is the GO Transit app for the GO commuter trains here in Toronto.

So - I downloaded the quick schedule PDF to my phone which is a nice little reference guide, but I thought rather than having to go to the file manager - go to the folder the file is in and open it every time I want to refer to it, it would be great if I could create an alias or shortcut to the file on the "desktop". Anyone know of a way to do this?
