I'm sure the title of this post appears to set us back, but just hear me out with this one.
While BB10 is more user friendly and efficient than the legacy BB7 platform, BB7 still has many great apps that still await a BB10 debut. That said, just like the Android player, why isn't there some sort of virtual machine that can play on the Z10 or Q10, that will emulate the BB7 OS? The BB10 platform should have the horse power to carry the BB7 processor requirements while running everything else BB10 needs to run.
If BB could include this, it would give us access to many apps that we no longer have access to on BB10, such as Tether and Pandora to name a couple.
This is just a thought right now, but I would love to get a conversation started over this to see if it is a viable idea for BB (or some other app developer) to move forward with.
